An Application for PUD Preliminary Plan has been filed by Palano Property Group, LLC proposing to construct six townhome units on Lots 7-12 in The Oaks of St. Charles townhome development (Fox Glad PUD). The property is located on the west side of Roosevelt Street at White Oak Circle and are the last vacant lots in the development.
Plan Commission will review the PUD Preliminary Plan at a future meeting, followed by Planning & Development Committee and a final vote by City Council.
