Family Circle named St. Charles #1 in its 2011 Annual Survey of Best Towns and Cities for families. The comprehensive survey included communities from across the country and is featured in the magazine’s August 2011 issue.
The annual budget and the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) are available for viewing on the Finance department page of the City's website (Finance documents).
Copies of the City’s budget are also available for viewing at the St. Charles Public Library and the Accounting Office of the Finance Department, City Hall, 2 E. Main Street. Those who wish to request their own paper copy of the City’s budget should contact the Finance Department at (630) 762-7002.
