Virtual Meeting Instructions

The City of St. Charles makes video teleconferencing via Zoom an option for public meetings.

During the meeting attendees will be in listen-only mode.

Register

• Click the "Register and Join" link provided for the meeting you wish to join
• Input your name and email into the appropriate fields.

Join

With audio and video

• Click on the "Register and Join" link provide for the meeting you wish to join. Or, find the link sent to the email address you provided when you registered. 
• Enter your name if prompted
• Click to join the conference using Computer Audio

With audio only

• Dial 312-626-6799
• Enter Webinar ID provided for the meeting you wish to join.
• Enter the participant number provided from your registration confirmation.

Public comments can be made via email and will be entered into the record at the meeting.  Please send your email to cao@stcharlesil.gov no later than 2:30 pm on the date of the meeting, with the subject of Comment for Government Operations Committee.
