Court Airhart, Airhart Construction, has submitted an application for Special Use requesting an amendment to the Munhall Glen PUD (Ordinance No. 2020-Z-29). The requested amendment would allow enclosed and unenclosed porches to be built up to 10 ft. into the rear yard setback. If approved, porches would require a 20 ft. setback from rear property lines.
A public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission on October 22, 2024 at 7:00pm. The Plan Commission's recommendation will then be considered by the Planning & Development Committee of the City Council, followed by a final vote at City Council.
