Pheasant Run Industrial Park is a development of the former Pheasant Run Resort golf course property by Greco DeRosa Investment Group.
Full build out plans include 1.1 million square feet of industrial warehouse uses in 4 buildings on the 84.6 acre property.
The City approved a subdivision and rezoning of the property to the M2 Limited Manufacturing District on April 4, 2022.
The first phase of the project includes 3 industrial buildings and construction of Pheasant Run Drive, a private road providing access to Route 64. Buildings C & D along Kautz Road are complete, Building B is under construction.
