NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE ST. CHARLES
PLAN COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission of the City of St. Charles, Illinois on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 2 E. Main Street, St. Charles, Illinois, at which time and place the Commission will consider, for the purposes of making a recommendation to the City Council, the following:
Petition filed by Court Airhart, Airhart Construction Corp., applicant, requesting to amend PUD Ordinance No. 2020-Z-29 (Munhall Glen PUD) to allow a 10 ft. rear yard encroachment for enclosed and unenclosed porches for the Subject Property, all lots in the Munhall Glen Subdivision, legally described as follows:
LOTS 1-50 IN MUNHALL GLEN, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF THAT PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 26 AND THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 8, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED JULY 1, 2021 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 2021K050679, IN KANE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
The public hearing will be held at the location identified above. Anyone wishing to be heard for or against the Special Use request may submit statements orally or in writing or both.
