The St. Charles Fire Department offers the American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver CPR AED class covering adults, children and infants, the second Thursday of each month.

** This class is not for healthcare providers. **

$40.00 per person non-refundable registration fee is due at time of registration and includes a book, CPR pocket mask with case and certification card.

Class begins at 5:30pm and last approximately three hours.    

Any applicant younger than 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. There is no minimum age requirement; however, they must be able to perform the skill set to obtain certification.

If the applicant cannot attend, we will reschedule to the next available class within two months of the original class that was registered for. To reschedule, please contact the Fire Department Administration Office as soon as possible, prior to your scheduled class.

 

In Person

Step 1.Verify space is available in class

Registration is first come first served. Due to limit space and high demand classes fill up quickly. To check if space is available in the desired class please call (630) 377-4458.

Step 2.Prepare payment

$40.00 per person is due at time of registration, payable by either exact Cash or Check. Checks should be made payable to the City of St. Charles. Credit/Debit card payments are not accepted.

Step 3.Visit Fire Department Administration

Bring registration fee to Fire Department Administration, located on the 2nd Floor of Century Station at 112 North Riverside Avenue. Office is open Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm.

* Registrations are accepted up until 4:30pm on the day of class.
