Community Development oversees the review, approval and construction of private development in St. Charles, including:

• Assisting property owners, developers and citizens with questions regarding zoning and development regulations
• Zoning, subdivision and development review and approval processes
• Coordination of engineering review for development projects, including stormwater management
• Site development permitting, construction oversight and inspection
