The St. Charles Police Department offers parking ticket recipients who had limited or not contact with the issuing officer the opportunity to communicate the circumstances of their parking ticket for the Department to consider when processing the parking violation. This is a request for review of a parking ticket and does not mean the ticket will be voided or not processed in the event the request is denied. Please note that this review process is for parking tickets only.

Step 1.Locate your parking ticket

You will need to list some information from this ticket on this form.

Step 2.Download the parking ticket review form

Step 3.Print a paper copy of the form

Print out the form and complete it.

Step 4.Scan the completed form

Scan the completed form and save it to your computer.

Step 5.Email the completed form to:
