No Fee - Set Up ACH/Automatic Payments Directly Through the City Utility Billing Office

Set up ACH/Electronic autopay directly from your checking or savings account. There is no fee with this form of payment. This transaction occurs on your due date each month. If due date is on a weekend or holiday, the automatic payment will take place the next business day.

Step 1.Gather a copy of your St Charles Utility bill

Locate your printed name and account number at the top right corner of your bill.

Step 2.Gather your financial institution's name and address

Step 3.Gather your bank account and routing number

These numbers can be found pre-printed on the bottom of your paper checks.

Step 4.Complete and submit your online enrollment form below

Within 5 business days you will receive a confirmation email that the automatic payment has been set up.
