This position will provide exceptional customer service to utility customers; collaborate with the electric engineering team to enhance electric utility system efficiency and reliability; and ensure compliance with City Codes, National Electric Code, National Electric Safety Code, and Municipal Electric Utility standard practices.
Police Records Assistant
The St. Charles Police Department seeks to hire competent, dedicated, customer service focused administrative assistants to staff the Police Records front desk at the police department. Responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. Assists with inquiries, projects, and tasks as requested or assigned. These part-time positions will include weekdays, evenings and weekends for 23 to 26 hours a week Schedules are as follows:
  • Position 1 – Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and Tuesday & Thursday 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
  • Position 2 – Saturday & Sunday 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
  • Position 3 – Saturday & Sunday 8:00 PM – 12:00 am and Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
