CARES Program

The C.A.R.E.S. Program is a proactive, voluntary assistance program to assist the St. Charles Police better identify residents requiring a specialized response due to a diagnosed physical, emotional or mental health disability. C.A.R.E.S allows a resident or family member to provide comprehensive information to assist officers when responding to emergency calls for service. The information provided can also assist officers in locating at-risk residents who have been reported as missing. The C.A.R.E.S. program is an opportunity for the St. Charles Police Department to work in cooperation with our residents to ensure safe and successful interactions with our at-risk residents.

Download the registration form or pick one up at the St. Charles Police Station, 1515 W. Main Street.
