Royal Fox Area (Royal Fox Dr, Royal Fox Ct, Royal Troon Ct, Royal Lytham Dr, Royal Lytham Ct, Turnberry Rd, Royal Kings Ct, Royal Queens Ct, Royal Ashdown Ct)

  • This week, the contractor completed paving the first layer of asphalt on Royal Fox Dr (East of Kirk Rd) and began milling the remaining streets in the area.
  • Next week, the contractor is expected to continue milling the remaining streets.
  • Paving is expected to begin on Tuesday, 6/18, beginning with the streets East of Kirk Rd and progressing to the West side of Kirk Rd later in the week. Prior to paving, the contractor is expected to apply oil to the milled road during the early morning on Tuesday, 6/18 for the streets East of Kirk Rd. Oil application is expected to occur early in the morning on the day following the completion of milling for streets on the West side of Kirk Rd.
  • Repairs to damaged asphalt driveways and brick removal and replacement work is expected to begin next week.

Kings Area (King Edward Ave, King James Ave, King Alford Ct, King Williams Ct, King Richard Ct, King James Ct, Queen Anne Ct, King Henry Ln, King Charles Ln, King George Ln)

  • Next week, concrete removals and replacements are expected to begin. Residents who will have impacts to driveway access will receive a door hanger with additional information regarding parking arrangements.

Division St Area (Walnut Hill Ave, Patricia Ln, Via Veneto Dr, Chandler Ave)

  • This week, the contractor completed fire hydrant replacement work and utility structure adjustment/replacement work in the area.
  • Next week, concrete removals and replacements are expected to begin towards the end of the week. Residents who will have impacts to driveway access will receive a door hanger with additional information regarding parking arrangements.

Abbeywood & Meadow Area (Abbeywood Dr, Easton Pl, Pendleton Ct, Brittany Ct, Thornhill Farm Rd, Green Willow Ln, Kensington Pl, Edgewild Ct, Meadow Dr, Crane Rd)

  • This week, utility structure adjustment/replacement work began.
  • Next week, utility structure work is expected to continue and water service utility work is expected to begin. Affected residents will be notified in-person by the contractor in advance before water is temporarily shut-off to the house and service is restored.

Harvest Hills & Renaux Manor Area (Raphael Ct, Red Rose Dr, St Michel Ct, St Michel Ln, Hillsboro Ct, Grand Ridge Rd, Fairmont Ct, Sunbury Dr, Fairhaven Dr, Valley View Dr, Springfield Way, Red Sky Dr, Horizon Dr W, Langston Cir)

  • Next week, utility structure adjustment/replacement work is expected to begin.
