- Paving is expected to begin on Tuesday, 6/18, beginning with the streets East of Kirk Rd and progressing to the West side of Kirk Rd later in the week. Prior to paving, the contractor is expected to apply oil to the milled road during the early morning on Tuesday, 6/18 for the streets East of Kirk Rd. Oil application is expected to occur early in the morning on the day following the completion of milling for streets on the West side of Kirk Rd.
