A Concept Plan application has been submitted by Pulte Home Company, LLC. The plan proposes annexing a large area of unincorporated property west of St. Charles for development. A presentation about the Concept Plan is scheduled for the Sept. 4 Plan Commission Meeting. This is not a request for any action to annex property or approve a project; it is for initial discussion only. No votes or final actions will be taken.
For large projects such as this one, the City encourages developers to present a concept plan early to the Plan Commission. This gives the Commission an opportunity to start discussions, hear from the community, and provide feedback to the developer.
