Fox Haven Square

Greco Investment Management, LLC has submitted zoning applications and plans for Fox Haven Square, a commercial development proposed on 7 acres of vacant land south of Jewel, near the northeast corner of E. Main Street and N. Kirk Road. 

The proposed development includes four commercial restaurant/retail buildings, shared parking, and an outdoor plaza. 

A public hearing was held by the Plan Commission on June 4, 2024. Plan Commission recommended approval. Planning & Development Committee reviewed the project on June 10, 2024 and recommended approval. City Council will take a final vote on the project at a subsequent meeting, once plans are revised to address all outstanding staff review comments. 

The proposed development is similar to a Concept Plan presented to the City last Fall.
