Forest Ridge/Huntington Area (Forest Ridge Rd, Huntington Rd, Essex Ct, Sterling Ct, and Foxhill Ct)

  • This week, the contractor completed paving in the area.
  • Next week, the contractor is expected to complete any remaining clean-up activities in the area.

Royal Fox Area (Royal Fox Dr, Royal Fox Ct, Royal Troon Ct, Royal Lytham Dr, Royal Lytham Ct, Turnberry Rd, Royal Kings Ct, Royal Queens Ct, Royal Ashdown Ct)

  • This week, the contractor began milling Royal Fox Dr (East of Kirk) and completed concrete replacements on Turnberry Rd & the Royal Fox area (West of Kirk).
  • This weekend, Saturday June 8, the contractor is expected to apply oil to the milled road in preparation for paving next week. Oil is expected to be applied at 5 a.m. and fully cured by 6 a.m.
  • Next week, the contractor is expected to pave the first asphalt layer on Royal Fox Dr (East of Kirk). Milling on Royal Troon Ct and Turnberry area is expected to begin Thursday, June 13.
  • Repairs to damaged asphalt driveways and brick removal and replacement work is expected to begin next week.

Kings Area (King Edward Ave, King James Ave, King Alford Ct, King Williams Ct, King Richard Ct, King James Ct, Queen Anne Ct, King Henry Ln, King Charles Ln, King George Ln)

  • Next week, no work is expected for the area.

Division St Area (Walnut Hill Ave, Patricia Ln, Via Veneto Dr, Chandler Ave)

  • This week, the contractor completed watermain valve replacements and fire hydrant replacements on Via Veneto Dr.
  • Next week, fire hydrant replacement work is expected to begin on Patricia Ln. Residents will be notified by door tags in advance of scheduled shut-downs. Door tags will include additional information regarding the shut-down.
  • Water service utility work is expected to begin week. Affected residents will be notified in-person by the contractor in advance before water is temporarily shut-off to the house and service is restored.
  • Utility structure adjustment/replacement work is expected to begin next week for the area.

Abbeywood & Meadow Area (Abbeywood Dr, Easton Pl, Pendleton Ct, Brittany Ct, Thornhill Farm Rd, Green Willow Ln, Kensington Pl, Edgewild Ct, Meadow Dr, Crane Rd)

  • Next week, utility structure adjustment/replacement work is expected to begin.
