Division St Area (Walnut Hill Ave, Patricia Ln, Via Veneto Dr, Chandler Ave)
- This week, the contractor completed the remainder of the concrete restoration
- Next week, the contractor will begin asphalt removal. Removal will be full depth (about 5”) on Chandler and Via Veneto, 4” on Walnut Hill, and 2” on Patricia Lane. The Contractor will also perform landscape restoration.
Abbeywood & Meadow Area (Abbeywood Dr, Easton Pl, Pendleton Ct, Brittany Ct, Thornhill Farm Rd, Green Willow Ln, Kensington Pl, Edgewild Ct, Meadow Dr, Crane Rd)
- This week, the contractor replaced 12 fire hydrants on Meadow, Kensington, and Edgewild and began concrete removal and replacement on Abbeywood.
- Next week, the contractor is expected to complete concrete work and to replace the culvert at the south end of Edgewild Ct.
- Water valve replacement work is expected to take place on Monday, 7/15, on Thornhill Farm Lane. Residents will be notified by door tags in advance of scheduled shut-downs. Door tags will include additional information regarding the shut-down.
