Next week, for Via Veneto Dr and Chandler Ave, the contractor is expected to apply crack fill along the edges of the streets on Monday, 8/19. No parking signs will be posted in advance along the streets.
Abbeywood & Meadow Area (Abbeywood Dr, Easton Pl, Pendleton Ct, Brittany Ct, Thornhill Farm Rd, Green Willow Ln, Kensington Pl, Edgewild Ct, Meadow Dr, Crane Rd)
This week, the contractor completed paving the cul-de-sacs in the area.
Next week, the contractor is expected to complete paving Meadow Dr, Abbeywood Dr, Thornhill Farm Rd, and Crane Rd. Landscape restoration is expected to begin later in the week, following the completion of paving.
Harvest Hills & Renaux Manor Area (Raphael Ct, Red Rose Dr, St Michel Ct, St Michel Ln, Hillsboro Ct, Grand Ridge Rd, Fairmont Ct, Sunbury Dr, Fairhaven Dr, Valley View Dr, Springfield Way, Red Sky Dr, Horizon Dr W, Langston Cir)
This week, concrete removals and replacements continued and asphalt surface removal began on the streets South of Campton Hills Rd.
For the streets North of Campton Hills Rd, next week the contractor is expected to perform patching and base repairs. Paving the first layer of asphalt is expected to begin mid week.
For the streets South of Campton Hills Rd, next week the contractor is expected to continue concrete removals & replacements, continue asphalt surface removal, and begin patching and base repairs. Paving is expected to begin towards the end of the week.
North 9th Street – UPDATE AS OF 8/21 @ 1PM
– Friday, 8/23, the contractor is expected to remove the asphalt surface and perform base repairs. Temporary stone ramps will be constructed by the contractor for each driveway and onto connecting streets to maintain access.
– Monday, 8/26, the contractor is expected to complete repaving of the road.
