Fox Haven Square

The City has approved plans submitted by Greco Investment Management, LLC for Fox Haven Square, a commercial development proposed on 7 acres of vacant land south of Jewel, near the northeast corner of E. Main Street and N. Kirk Road. 

The development includes four commercial restaurant/retail buildings, shared parking, and an outdoor plaza. 

A public hearing was held by the Plan Commission on June 4, 2024. Plan Commission recommended approval. Planning & Development Committee reviewed the project on June 10, 2024 and recommended approval. City Council approved the project on July 22, 2024.
